Guidelines for Practitioners
Following the enactment of Act XXXI of 2019 which amended the procedure of execution of Warrants of Arrest of Sea Vessels over ten (10) meters in length, the Guidelines for Practitioners have been drafted by the MMLA in collaboration with the Civil Courts & Tribunals of Malta.
